What you will do

• Own the GTM strategy for hirify.global Flex, defining target segments, buyer personas, and the commercialisation roadmap.
• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging, translating technical capabilities into commercial value propositions.
• Create high-impact sales enablement tools including discovery frameworks, battle cards, and ROI narratives.
• Monitor the competitive landscape of energy flexibility platforms, aggregators, and regulatory developments.
• Lead launch planning and commercialisation for new Flex capabilities and integrations.
• Produce thought leadership content and engage with analysts and industry events.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in B2B software product marketing with ownership of positioning and messaging.
• Deep domain expertise in energy flexibility, distributed energy resources, or smart energy markets.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, compelling commercial narratives.
• Proven experience working closely with Sales teams to support buying processes.
• Comfort operating in high-autonomy environments with ambiguity and fast pace.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows.
