What you will do

• Establish and evolve a differentiated market narrative that positions the platform as the top choice for building and running an online presence.
• Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for core hosting offerings and new AI innovations, aligning development with launch and lifecycle growth.
• Build and scale the product marketing function, establishing necessary structures, processes, and talent.
• Drive commercial impact by delivering best-in-class enablement frameworks and messaging tools for sales, agency, and SDR teams.
• Lead the strategy and execution for major product launches to ensure strong market introduction and measurable business outcomes.
• Institutionalize competitive intelligence by translating landscape insights into actionable strategies to improve win rates.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product marketing experience, with significant leadership scope in Hosting, WordPress ecosystem, SaaS, or cloud platforms.
• Proven track record of owning GTM strategy for complex, multi-product platforms across various routes-to-market.
• Experience building and scaling product marketing teams in high-growth or transformation environments.
• Deep understanding of SMB, Developer, and Agency segments, including subscription and usage-based models.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities (AI, infrastructure, security) into clear customer value.
