What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end billing operations, including invoicing, subscription setup, and collections.
  • Handle general ledger activity, journal entries, and full-cycle month-end close.
  • Oversee accounts payable, expense management, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Process payroll and maintain comprehensive audit trails for accounting transactions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing disputes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to accounting workflows and financial policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in billing, AR, and AP functions.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle accounting and GAAP principles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Ramp, or similar CRM/financial tools.
  • Background in SaaS-model budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience preparing audit documentation in a high-growth environment.
