Revenue Enablement Manager (GTM Transformation): Lead the design, implementation, adoption, and sustainment of major GTM transformation initiatives including global rollout of core sales methodology with an accent on sales execution models, workflows, and operating practices. Focus on translating strategy into repeatable seller behaviors, driving change management, optimizing processes, and measuring business impact through performance metrics.

Location: Remote (US), preference given to candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones

Salary: $115,000-$125,000 annually

What you will do

  • Serve as owner for key GTM transformation initiatives, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership to define priorities and metrics.
  • Own global implementation, adoption, and evolution of core sales methodology across roles, segments, and deal types.
  • Design and lead change-management plans, driving adoption through reinforcement, manager enablement, and risk mitigation.
  • Equip frontline managers with tools to coach methodology usage in deal reviews, pipelines, and 1:1s.
  • Identify and optimize friction in sales execution workflows, processes, and tools with RevOps and IT/CRM teams.
  • Define metrics, analyze performance data, and refine programs based on insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations with focus on sales execution and methodology adoption.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and sustaining sales methodologies or GTM transformations with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of value-based and consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated success leading global, multi-region enablement initiatives.
  • Strong program leadership, analytical, and communication skills to influence stakeholders and connect to business outcomes.
  • Highly self-directed, comfortable in ambiguity, owning initiatives end-to-end.
