Salary: $124,800 - $156,000 plus variable compensation

What you will do

• Build and leverage a robust partner network to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow.
• Serve as the regional subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support.
• Nurture relationships with partner leadership to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals.
• Deliver training to partner sales teams to articulate the hirify.global value proposition.
• Manage the pipeline by bridging partner-referred leads to CoSell teams and tracking opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of successful sales or business development experience in a partner-led or channel environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using AI tools to optimize workflows or strategy.
• Sector expertise in HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries.
• Proven ability to establish trust and maintain long-term professional connections.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with GTM strategies involving AI-driven HR tech products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in partner marketing, including event planning and lead development.
