Location: Fully remote from designated U.S. states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX. Must perform work from one of these states.

What you will do
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create tailored enablement programs for product launches and initiatives.
- Develop and manage sales tools repository including training materials, product sheets, competitive intelligence, demo scripts, and pitch decks.
- Deliver sales training sessions, certification programs, and ensure alignment on messaging and lead generation.
- Define and track KPIs for sales performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and optimize CRM processes.
- Drive cross-functional GTM alignment, manage project plans and timelines for launches, and lead post-launch assessments.
- Incorporate customer feedback and market insights into sales strategies while managing budgets for enablement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in sales enablement, GTM strategy, program management, or related role.
- Proven ability to create and execute sales enablement programs driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills using data for decisions and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and project tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
