Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Define account expansion and net new business strategies and identify operational gaps for the Americas region.
- Develop learning approaches and deliver training sessions to strengthen expertise across the GTM team.
- Build and implement rigorous enablement programs and playbooks to improve sales performance.
- Establish centers of excellence by defining KPIs, expectations, and activities for Sales and Account Managers.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives and manage cross-functional routines within the GTM organization.
- Partner with GTM leadership to organize internal projects and annual events like the GTM Summit.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Proven success in target attainment as a salesperson, preferably with Enterprise/Strategic Sales experience.
- Expertise in core GTM disciplines (SDR, Sales, or Account Management).
- Strong skills in content design, delivery, and engaging public presentation.
- Ability to drive end-to-end strategy from analysis and design to execution and measurement.
- Experience in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership.

- Previous experience in enablement, sales operations, or sales excellence.
