• Coordinate and schedule free initial consultations using consultant calendars.
• Educate potential patients on services through low-pressure, informative discussions.
• Track and move leads through the booking funnel using CRM tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in telemarketing, intake coordination, or similar calling roles.
• US-based work experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Proven track record of managing warm leads and driving conversions.
• Proficiency with CRM and Project Management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical software such as Zenoti.
• Background in Medical, Healthcare, or Aesthetic Medicine.
