What you will do

  • Follow up on Meta ad leads from forms, quizzes, and surveys to book in-person clinic appointments.
  • Manage high-volume outbound calls and inbound callbacks while maintaining quality conversations.
  • Engage prospective patients via phone, SMS, and video calls to progress them through the pipeline.
  • Update lead statuses and manage CRM automation and AI-driven nurturing workflows.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve conversion targets and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting or sales, preferably within a healthcare or clinic environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management workflows.
  • Ability to handle objections and nurture hesitant leads toward commitment.
  • Professional and empathetic phone presence with high attention to detail.
