What you will do

• Conduct daily research to build targeted prospect lists of individuals seeking career changes or business startup guidance.
• Perform strategic cold calling to engage prospects who are actively looking to transform their professional situation.
• Set high-quality appointments with qualified leads who demonstrate genuine interest in coaching services.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and appointment outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate directly with the business owner to refine targeting criteria and optimize appointment quality.
• Provide insights and suggestions for enhancing lead generation processes based on prospect feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and telemarketing with measurable results.
• Strong cold calling abilities with confidence engaging prospects about sensitive career topics.
• Experience using phone dialers, CRM systems, and lead management platforms.
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and professional phone capabilities.
• Self-motivated work style with ability to operate independently while meeting performance metrics.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM Australian Eastern Time.
