What you will do

• Serve as an inside sales partner to Field Sales to advance opportunities through the pipeline.
• Manage inbound and outbound patient outreach to influence testing adoption and continuity of care.
• Build consultative relationships with patients to drive repeat testing and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Customer Support to remove barriers to conversion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce and PowerBI.
• Analyze territory data to prioritize outreach and optimize sales efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound/inbound sales or call center roles with measurable goals.
• Proven ability to manage a territory and connect daily activities to pipeline outcomes.
• Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Background in medical, diagnostic, or biological sciences is preferred.
