What you will do

• Scout and close new strategic partners, including social secretaries, business federations, accountants, and insurers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partner success, coordinating joint campaigns, newsletters, and webinars.
• Nurture and optimize the partner portfolio through performance reviews and strategic relationship management.
• Track key metrics such as member acquisition, generated ARR, and conversion rates to report on partnership ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, and sales teams to ensure successful partnership launches.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium.
• 5+ years of experience in partnership development.
• Full English fluency (C1) and native-level French and/or Dutch.
• Previous experience creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong ability to measure the impact and ROI of designed partnerships.
• Excellent networking and pitching skills with C-level executives.
