Location: Must be based in Belgium (Remote, Hybrid with hubs in Ghent, Brussels, or Antwerp, or Paris HQ)

What you will do
- Generate meetings with prospects via personalized outreach to achieve company objectives.
- Develop outbound sales leads and manage email campaigns to generate new prospects.
- Perform quick lead qualification before allocating prospects to Account Executives.
- Represent company products by researching how solutions meet specific client needs.
- Apply the Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a delightful prospect experience.
- Collaborate with the team to challenge and improve products, methods, and overall strategy.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
- Must be located in Belgium.
- Passion for sales and empathy for solving prospect problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Experience in Sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles (Management consulting, Customer Success) is a plus.
