TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Healthtech): Generating new business by qualifying leads and prospecting for a vertically integrated health partner with an accent on outbound sales and lead qualification. Focus on executing the Smart & Soft selling method and building a pipeline of high-growth companies in the Belgian market.

Location: Must be based in Belgium (Remote, Hybrid with hubs in Ghent, Brussels, or Antwerp, or Paris HQ)

What you will do

  • Generate meetings with prospects via personalized outreach to achieve company objectives.
  • Develop outbound sales leads and manage email campaigns to generate new prospects.
  • Perform quick lead qualification before allocating prospects to Account Executives.
  • Represent company products by researching how solutions meet specific client needs.
  • Apply the hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a delightful prospect experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to challenge and improve products, methods, and overall strategy.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  • Must be located in Belgium.
  • Passion for sales and empathy for solving prospect problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Experience in Sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles (Management consulting, Customer Success) is a plus.
