What you will do

  • Own the full inbound conversion process from initial inquiry to membership via chat, email, SMS, and phone.
  • Execute multi-touch outreach strategies to re-engage prospective members and reduce funnel drop-off.
  • Test and optimize messaging, macros, and outreach sequences to increase team-wide conversion rates.
  • Identify friction points in the automated experience to improve chatbot and self-service performance.
  • Manage high-volume conversations in a fast-paced environment while adhering to a shift schedule (7am–10pm ET).

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, support, or customer success.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to persuasively communicate value.
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous conversations efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability to work a shift schedule (7am–10pm ET, Mon-Fri) with occasional flexibility.
  • Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer communication platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-volume inbound sales or conversion-focused roles.
  • Background in lead nurturing or funnel optimization.
  • Experience working with AI tools or chatbots in customer interactions.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
  • Genuine interest in proactive health and diagnostic testing.
