What you will do

• Develop and manage 3PL provider strategies to align with business goals.
• Build templates for benchmarking location profiles, rates, and equipment specs.
• Maintain the 3PL contract repository and coordinate rate updates across internal and external partners.
• Perform high-volume data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and troubleshoot rate discrepancies.
• Manage the annual rate escalator process and execute contract adjustments.
• Conduct industry research to analyze provider performance and drive negotiation strategies.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of validated experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for complex data analysis and executive presentations.
• Strong analytical skills in demand forecasting, network modeling, and optimization principles.
• Deep understanding of transportation industry regulations and contract management.
• Proven ability to manage provider relationships and ensure accountability.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, OneNote, and TMS tools.
• Project Management skills.
