What you will do

• Own the global distribution, logistics, and trade reporting portfolio and data ecosystem.
• Lead and develop a global team of analysts across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and KPIs for real-time operational visibility.
• Develop models and simulations to optimize logistics networks, transportation performance, and trade flows.
• Embed analytics into global transformation programs and digital initiatives using agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, distribution, logistics, or trade operations.
• Proven experience managing global or cross-regional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Tableau (or similar), SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Must be located in Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN.
• Willingness to travel 15–25% domestically and globally.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems such as Oracle or High Jump.
