What you will do

• Serve as the on-site FTZ Manager for the Tucson facility, ensuring compliance with 19 CFR Part 146 and CBP regulations.
• Oversee and validate FTZ admissions, inbond receipts, weekly entry filings, and zone-to-zone transfers.
• Maintain the Inventory Control & Recordkeeping System (ICRS) and reconcile inventory with SAP.
• Conduct internal audits, cycle count validations, and support official CBP FTZ audits and site visits.
• Train site personnel on FTZ procedures and update SOPs to reduce compliance risks.
• Support broader US and Mexico trade initiatives, including HTS classification and USMCA compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tucson, AZ.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of direct FTZ experience and 5+ years of general trade compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of 19 CFR 146, weekly entry procedures, and ICRS requirements.
• Proficiency in Product HTS classification, Country of Origin determination, and CBP valuation.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
