What you will do

• Manage sales orders: confirm prices, develop quotes, check product availability and lead times.
• Handle purchase orders: prepare and place orders, liaise with vendors for on-time shipping and delivery, coordinate with forwarders, steamship lines, and customs brokers.
• Track freight, communicate status and delays to stakeholders, arrange local delivery and services, create certificates of analysis.
• Resolve shipment issues through root cause analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage customs brokerage: obtain, file documentation, monitor clearances.
• Build vendor and stakeholder partnerships; handle administrative tasks like invoicing and payments; ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain/logistics, international trade or economics.
• Min. 5+ years in global/international trade operations, including import/export for North America; experience in customer service, freight forwarding, customs brokerage.
• Understanding of purchasing, payments, hazmat materials, international incoterms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, time management skills; excellent English communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP or equivalent ERP; ability to develop processes and training.
• Must work hybrid onsite T, W, TH in The Woodlands, TX, US.

• NCBFAA Certifications (CCS, CES, MES), IATA certifications.
