What you will do
- Lead enterprise-scale hospital revenue cycle programs from patient access and charge capture to billing and collections.
- Provide executive leadership to global, cross-functional teams to align financial, operational, and technology strategies.
- Optimize revenue cycles by redesigning workflows and integrating AI-driven revenue intelligence and automation.
- Manage direct engagements and strategic alignment with hospital C-suite executives (CFO, COO, CIO, CNO, CEO).
- Govern program financials, focusing on reimbursement methodologies and payer contracting to improve days in A/R.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cash acceleration and payer resolution rates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale hospital or health system revenue cycle transformation initiatives.
- Proven expertise in hospital operations and workflow optimization with a track record of measurable financial outcomes.
- Exceptional executive communication skills for engaging with hospital boards and leadership teams.
- Deep understanding of healthcare finance and major EHR/RCM solutions (e.g., Altera Sunrise, Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
- Ability to execute complex, multi-site programs balancing regulatory and patient-centered objectives.
