What you will do

  • Own operational alignment and manage performance consulting for assigned client accounts.
  • Translate operational performance data into meaningful narratives that articulate drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead structured root cause analysis efforts and develop outcome-oriented action plans with defined ownership.
  • Facilitate monthly operational reviews and recurring client touchpoints, tailoring materials to client priorities.
  • Partner with internal Revenue Services, Client Success, and Implementation teams to align the client lifecycle.
  • Identify recurring systemic issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow refinement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or client-facing roles.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations.
