Executive Vice President, Program Delivery: Owns the enterprise delivery system ensuring hirify.global reliably, predictably, and profitably delivers on client commitments with an accent on client relationships, portfolio performance, and MCP-native delivery system. Focus on establishing operating models, aligning functions, building leadership bench, and integrating program execution, financials, staffing, and risk into a unified intelligent layer.

Compensation: $225,000 - $255,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as executive sponsor on key programs, build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders, lead communications and recovery efforts.
• Drive organic growth, recompetes, and opportunity shaping from delivery insights.
• Lead and develop delivery leaders, establish accountability, build leadership pipeline and culture of ownership.
• Own portfolio performance across cost, schedule, scope, quality; ensure real-time visibility and interventions for at-risk programs.
• Design and operate MCP-native delivery system: automate workflows, integrate data for program health, risks, financials; enable predictive insights and agent-assisted workflows.
• Establish system-driven governance, risk management, financial discipline, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading delivery in government contracting or regulated environments.
• Proven experience overseeing large, complex program portfolios.
• Experience leading leaders in scaled, multi-layered organizations.
• Deep expertise in program, portfolio, and delivery management.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and EAC management.
• Legal US work authorization without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital services, software delivery, or modernization programs.
• Improving operational maturity in scaling organizations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled delivery models and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience across federal, state, and local government programs.
