Salary: $150,000–$200,000 (annual base)

What you will do

• Serve as trusted advisor to internal/external clients, leading discovery to identify digital delivery challenges in AEC workflows.
• Design innovation concepts, digital transformation pathways, and solution requirements using BIM, model-based approaches, and emerging tech.
• Lead multi-phase programs, coordinating workstreams, PMIS integration, project plans, risks, and KPIs across teams and vendors.
• Produce deliverables like architectures, roadmaps, and pilots; represent Ignite in forums and mentor contributors.

Requirements

• 10+ years in AEC delivery, engineering, construction PM, or tech strategy in AEC.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, or related.
• Deep knowledge of AEC workflows (PMCM, BIM/VDC/model-based delivery).
• Experience leading complex tech initiatives; familiarity with AI, automation, data integration.
• Systems thinking for people/process/tech/governance; agile/design thinking/change management.
• US work authorization required; no sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BIM/VDC/PMIS/schedule tools.
• Automation/scripting/software dev for engineering.
• AI/generative design/data support in AEC.
• Data viz tools (Power BI, Excel); prototyping (Figma, PowerApps, Miro).
