Salary: $212,500 – $265,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics services delivery and AI-enabled solutions across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Act as a senior pre-sales partner for scoping, proposal development, and executive consultative conversations.
• Own the managed services delivery model, establishing proactive engagement frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Champion the integration of GenAI tools and automation to improve delivery efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into new offerings and features.
• Build, staff, and mentor a high-performing analytics services team.

Requirements

• Experience leading managed or professional services within the healthcare or life sciences domain, spanning delivery and pre-sales.
• Hands-on business analytics expertise in biopharma, including work with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Real-World Evidence data.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and drive customer usage and retention.
• Experience implementing process improvements and integrating GenAI tools into operational workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
