What you will do

• Serve as the day-to-day client contact, building trusted long-term relationships.
• Contribute to annual strategic and tactical plans and translate client vision into deliverables.
• Manage account finances, including scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and timelines.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and readiness before client delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities and new business ideas within assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical communications or agency account management, OR an advanced doctoral degree (PhD, MD, PharmD).
• Experience working directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including PowerPoint proficiency.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or account financials.
• Exposure to product strategy, publication planning, or integrated medical communications.
• Experience collaborating with a cross-functional team and mentoring junior team members.
