What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned medical communications accounts.
• Translate client vision and brand goals into actionable tactical plans and high-quality deliverables.
• Support account financial management, including scoping, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities and new business ideas to enhance client success.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and readiness before client delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical communications or agency account management, OR an advanced doctoral degree (PhD, MD, PharmD).
• Experience working directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing budgets and account financials.
• Exposure to publication planning or integrated medical communications.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
