What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, defining and achieving business goals through annual tactical and campaign plans.
• Manage and grow high-value pharma/healthcare accounts (over $2.5M), ensuring profitability and budget efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Strategic Account Directors, Managers, and Associates to facilitate their growth.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and lead agency pitches.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of scientific developments, competitors, and regulations within clients' industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) in life sciences or a business degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, medical affairs, or medical communications agency.
• Proven track record of managing and growing healthcare accounts valued at $2.5M+.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint design.
