What you will do

• Own the delivery of mission-critical, multi-year enterprise programs with significant business impact.
• Define and socialize the vision, roadmap, and operating model for complex initiatives.
• Establish governance gates, quarterly planning, and performance dashboards using OKRs/KPIs.
• Lead risk posture and control design, focusing on compliance, security, and data privacy.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, platform-driven, and product-centric delivery models.
• Coach senior project managers and develop organizational playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 10–12 years of experience in complex IT program delivery.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience in executive storytelling and stakeholder influence at the C-level.
• Expertise in hybrid delivery, automation, and metrics-driven governance.
• Must be based in the United States.
