What you will do

• Lead project planning and execution for client engagements, translating scopes into detailed plans with milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including strategic operators, creative teams, activation directors, and platform engineering for seamless delivery.
• Manage client communications, meetings, expectations, scope, budgets, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Drive process improvements, retrospectives, and standardized frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and make decisions under pressure in regulated environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years in project/program management in pharma, life sciences, healthcare marketing, or agencies, delivering complex engagements.
• Experience managing cross-functional client delivery teams, budgets, and P&L accountability.
• Knowledge of pharma commercialization, omnichannel campaigns, content workflows, and regulatory compliance.
• Practitioner AI mindset: actively using tools like Gemini, Claude for workflows, content generation, and problem-solving; following AI/martech trends; experimenting independently.
• Strong delivery operations, coordination, communication, scope management, and problem-solving skills.
