What you will do

• Diagnose root causes of performance shifts in liquidation and engagement to distinguish market conditions from strategy drivers.
• Design and execute sophisticated A/B and multivariate tests tied directly to recovery outcomes.
• Identify technical gaps and translate them into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide authoritative, data-backed recommendations to Client Managers for high-stakes client conversations.
• Build repeatable diagnostic frameworks and Looker dashboards to scale performance insights.
• Drive alignment between Data Science, Product, and Client Management to resolve performance risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years of experience in Collections Analytics or Debt Recovery.
• Expert-level SQL skills for navigating complex, multi-layered data schemas.
• Firm grasp of experimental design and statistical significance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Finance, Economics, or Data Science).
• Proficiency with visualization tools, preferably Looker.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging GenAI tools like ChatGPT Code Interpreter or Claude to accelerate analysis.
