What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments to inform product and business strategies.
• Identify and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analyses using advanced ML models and SQL to extract insights that shape growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or relevant business analysis/operations experience.
• High level of comfort with SQL and conducting complex data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving framework based on first principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from front-line employees to the C-suite.
