What you will do

• Support the SDLC by auditing tickets across workspaces to ensure PRDs and business cases are complete and validated.
• Own Jira administration: configure workflows, manage backlogs, and build reporting for leadership visibility.
• Track roadmap adherence, identify bottlenecks, and ensure sprint and release predictability.
• Manage rhythm of business: coordinate roadmap reviews, strategy sessions, and planning cycles.
• Standardize internal knowledge in Notion with templates, artifacts, and decision logs.
• Report daily and weekly to Head of Product on pipeline health and maintain Jira hygiene for seamless hand-offs.
• Automate workflows using AI tools and Jira automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar execution-focused role in multi-product SaaS
• Expert-level Jira configuration and workflow design
• Strong perspective on world-class product org operations with ability to identify failures and drive improvements
• Self-sufficient with ownership from Day 1 and backbone to enforce standards
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Omni, SQL) and documentation platforms (Notion)
• Experience using AI tools to automate tasks
