What you will do

• Plan and execute local activations including bar takeovers, tailgates, and street-level stunts.
• Negotiate deals with vendors and venues, coordinating contractors to ensure successful event delivery.
• Travel to key markets to physically represent the brand on-site during critical game days.
• Manage activation timelines and budgets while pitching creative new ideas for market penetration.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline logistics and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, with a preference for California or Texas.
• Ability to travel 2 weekends per month during the NFL season.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome logistical obstacles independently.
• Experience in event production or experiential marketing.
• Scrappy, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage chaos and execute under pressure.

• Experience in campus event production or building projects with limited resources.
