What you will do

• Handle full-cycle AP activities including two-way and three-way invoice matching and expense reports.
• Process weekly payment disbursements via checks, ACH, and wire payments.
• Manage 1099s, sales taxes, and Sunshine Act transactions recording.
• Participate in monthly general ledger closing and prepare financial reports.
• Support sales/use tax accruals, filings, and audits.
• Assist with SOX documentation and external audit preparations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of related experience or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general accounting software.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA for onsite work.
• English: Expert level required.
