TL;DR

Product Lead (Consumer Mobile): Defining and driving the product vision and strategy for the HER app with an accent on user growth, retention, and subscription revenue. Focus on building sapphic-first experiences across iOS and Android and leading cross-functional teams to scale a global LGBTQIA+ community.

Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in New York, NY or Remote within the US)

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 a year

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with growth and revenue goals.
  • Drive product-led growth, owning key metrics such as MAU, retention, and subscription performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team of product, design, and data specialists.
  • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Brand teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality product experiences.
  • Utilize data, experimentation, and user insights to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.
  • Balance business objectives with community trust and safety to ensure an inclusive user experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years of product management experience scaling high-volume consumer mobile products.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in managing subscription-based or monetized consumer products.
  • Strong data-driven approach with experience in analytics and experimentation.
  • Deep empathy for and understanding of queer communities and the HER mission.
