What you will do

• Own Scheduling & Care Access end-to-end, managing provider availability and matching workflows for patients and internal staff.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for scheduling in alignment with overall company goals.
• Lead evaluation and drive build-vs-buy decisions for third-party scheduling solutions versus in-house development.
• Iterate on patient-facing and internal tools using a bias toward data-driven decisions and experimentation.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship scalable experiences and reduce feedback cycles through small-batch delivery.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, commercial, and executive stakeholders to align roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically with scheduling or logistics products.
• Experience in healthcare or care delivery, including an understanding of clinical workflows and constraints.
• Proven track record of making and defending build-vs-buy decisions using data and evidence.
• Ability to dive into technical problems involving APIs and multi-system integrations.
