What you will do

• Define the corporate IT roadmap and manage the enterprise SaaS portfolio, including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Atlassian.
• Drive Zero-Touch endpoint lifecycle management for macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu using Jamf and JumpCloud.
• Orchestrate hybrid network infrastructure utilizing Meraki-based LAN/WAN and high-fidelity conferencing systems.
• Partner with SecOps and GRCT to mature identity and access management (IAM) and automate evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
• Implement an AI-first service strategy focusing on self-service, chat-ops, and automated request fulfillment to reduce MTTR.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Corporate IT team as a hands-on player-coach.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience leading Corporate IT in cloud-centric environments with direct people management responsibility.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Google Workspace administration, Okta (or similar IdP), and Meraki enterprise network platforms.
• Proven track record of operating ITIL-style service management practices, including SLAs and ticket queue optimization.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
• Experience using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Workato, Okta Workflows) or scripts to integrate disparate SaaS systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
