Salary: $170,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Design and build robust automations and integrations across business systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, BambooHR) using Workato and adjacent platforms.
• Lead complex, cross-functional integration projects end-to-end for GTM, EPD, and G&A stakeholders.
• Operationalize AI-powered workflows and agents by integrating Glean and other AI tools into governed business processes.
• Establish and evolve standards for automation design, testing, monitoring, and security/compliance.
• Implement high-quality error handling, alerting, and runbooks to minimize impact on business operations.
• Mentor other automation engineers and set the technical direction for high-impact AI and integration initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in automation, integration, or data engineering, preferably in SaaS/B2B environments.
• Expertise with Workato, including recipe design, API integrations, and SDK/custom connectors.
• Hands-on experience with Glean or similar AI knowledge platforms for agentic workflows.
• Deep familiarity with core enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, BambooHR, and Okta.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Ruby).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in San Francisco, CA.
