What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of IT, Automation, BI, and Web developers.
• Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with company growth and financial goals.
• Oversee IT support operations and establish KPIs to improve uptime and employee satisfaction.
• Manage the annual IT budget and oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Partner with Security, Legal, People, and Finance to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for major infrastructure migrations and IT initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with expertise in MacOS endpoint management, SaaS, and identity platforms.
• 5+ years of experience leading and building IT teams.
• Hands-on experience with automation, internal tooling, and identity architecture design.
• Proven track record of scaling IT operations within a fast-paced technology company.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience at a product-led SaaS company with a remote-first workforce.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR/CCPA.
