What you will do
- Define and maintain IT systems architecture, select/integrate tools, and own multi-site infrastructure roadmap.
- Govern AI tooling strategy, including access audits, evaluations, and recommendations for efficient use.
- Manage security, compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA), risk assessments, and endpoint protection (CrowdStrike).
- Oversee administration of core stack (Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft 365, MDM, JumpCloud), SaaS licenses, hardware lifecycle, and IT budget.
- Lead, coach, and develop IT team, establishing scalable processes and intake frameworks.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, Finance on systems integrations, tool evaluations, and ownership boundaries.
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT management/systems administration, 2+ years in people leadership
- Experience owning IT infrastructure/architecture in multi-site environments
- Hands-on with endpoint security (CrowdStrike), Google Workspace, MDM, IAM (JumpCloud)
- Supporting compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management in lean, fast-moving settings
