TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving growth through outbound sales development and lead qualification with an accent on prospecting and pipeline generation. Focus on conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (2–3 days per week in office). Visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $81,000–$101,000 USD OTE

What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting within assigned territories to build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Assess prospect pain points and determine fit for ’s solutions.
- Communicate the company's value proposition tailored to specific customer needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing leaders and Account Executives to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and opportunity targets.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., support, retail, hospitality).
- Confidence in conducting outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize outbound efforts.
- Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, or Nooks AI.
- Proven track record in lead generation and prospecting.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
