What you will do

• Manage and grow a book of business worth $25MM+ annually, driving revenue across top advertisers and agency partners.
• Build and advise relationships with media account teams to ensure adoption of Glance CTV, Glance mobile lock screen, and hirify.global Exchange.
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the North American market.
• Cross-sell and up-sell hirify.global’s product portfolio by identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align technical solutions with client needs.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to drive retention and renewal.

Requirements

• Must be based on-site in the New York City office.
• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales with major brands and agencies in the CTV or omni-channel media space.
• 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising technology (DSP, Ad Exchange, Ad Server, etc.).
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and delivering results-driven solutions.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.
