What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise agency partners, delivering a value-driven customer experience.
- Drive product adoption and retention by identifying growth opportunities and providing strategic recommendations on social and programmatic advertising.
- Collaborate with Agency Sales to develop and execute agency enablement and development strategies.
- Design and deliver scalable training programs, workshops, and educational resources for agencies of varying maturity levels.
- Manage strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Google.
- Gather agency feedback and insights to inform the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles, ideally within ad tech or martech.
- Strong knowledge of social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat); programmatic knowledge is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
