What you will do

• Prepare and manage employment contracts, annexes, and employee lifecycle documentation.
• Act as the primary data keeper for the HRIS (BambooHR) to ensure personal data accuracy.
• Coordinate Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) and subsidized training programs (FUNDAE).
• Collect payroll variables and reconcile data for monthly payroll preparation with external advisors.
• Manage and audit employee time tracking systems, vacations, and absences.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Business Administration or Finance.
• Proven administrative experience in HR administration or labor management.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and Social Security management.
• Intermediate Excel skills and professional English proficiency (B2).
• Spanish tax residency is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the audiovisual, media, or production sector.
• Familiarity with BambooHR, Juro, and specialized time tracking tools.
• Experience coordinating with external PRL and training providers.
