What you will do

• Manage end-to-end immigration processes, including visas, work permits, and residence authorizations for international hires.
• Design, document, and evolve global mobility and relocation policies aligned with business growth and market benchmarks.
• Coordinate relocation logistics, including vendor management, housing support, and local registrations.
• Partner with Finance and tax advisors to manage mobility-related compensation, allowances, and tax compliance.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and HRBP on mobility feasibility, risks, and workforce movement.
• Support relocated employees and their families with cultural integration and onboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or International HR, ideally in tech.
• Strong working knowledge of Spanish immigration processes.
• Experience designing and operating scalable mobility policies and programs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
