Responsibilities
— Manage Spanish payroll preparation and employee lifecycle administration
— Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and local regulations
— Contribute to building scalable global People Ops processes
— Support HR operations across multiple EU regions
— Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
— Explore and implement AI-driven automation in HR workflows

Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR administration
— Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll processes
— Experience working in international or shared-services environments
— Familiarity with HRIS tools (HiBob is a plus)
— Data-driven mindset and strong organizational skills
— Fluent in Spanish and English
