Account Manager (Spain - Sevilla South): Driving revenue growth, increasing market coverage, and building long-term customer relationships by promoting and selling Pay-and-Display systems, SaaS solutions, insights, and EasyPark mobile payments in your territory. Focus on strategic cluster development, full sales cycle management from lead generation to closing, and proactive upselling.

Location: Sevilla, Spain + South Areas (60% travel to meet customers in person, remaining time flexible remotely or in coordination with manager)

What you will do

  • Develop your territory strategically to expand hirify.global’s market presence and coverage.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, cold prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and contract closing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the main point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Present and demonstrate products convincingly to decision-makers.
  • Support implementation and identify upselling opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and documentation of sales activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (native) and good English (B2/C1) for global team communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing or similar) +8 years in key account management or similar, ideally in parking, smart city, or tech.
  • Experience selling complex services like SaaS, payment solutions; P&D systems or mobile apps a plus.
  • Proven sales track record, negotiation skills, results-driven.
  • Comfortable with CRM (Salesforce) and Google Suite.
  • Self-motivated, independent, collaborative with corporations or municipalities a plus.
