What you will do

• Contact inbound leads immediately (ideally within 5 minutes) to capture interest while enthusiasm is high.
• Engage in subtle sales conversations to understand the goals and motivations of potential members.
• Manage the transition from lead to "first meeting" by scheduling appointments for local gym owners.
• Represent the CrossFit brand using an aspirational, supportive, and non-aggressive tone.
• Operate within a centralized pilot system to ensure no lead remains unattended.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, intake coordination, or appointment setting.
• Proven track record in high-volume outbound calling to warm leads.
• Advanced English communication skills with a neutral/light accent suitable for North American clients.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
• Ability to work 9 am - 5 pm PST.
