What you will do

• Identify and research potential clients across Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM via outbound prospecting, networking, and digital channels.
• Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to uncover needs and position hirify.global's solutions.
• Present the value proposition clearly and handle objections with confidence.
• Qualify leads and hand off high-potential opportunities to the Account Executive team with full context.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor industry trends and competitor activity across the region.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and targeting strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales role.
• Solid understanding of the Mexican and LATAM business landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
