Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia). Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm PST.

Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 USD + commission

What you will do

• Engage warm leads from social media and other digital pipelines promptly to capitalize on interest.
• Guide potential patients through the full intake process, including the secure collection of personal and credit card details.
• Manage and coordinate clinic consultants' calendars to book and confirm free initial consultations.
• Conduct friendly, low-pressure discussions to educate leads on services and prepare them for appointments.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and move leads efficiently through the booking funnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a telemarketer, intake coordinator, or in a similar calling role.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• US-based work experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Proficiency with Project Management and CRM systems.
• Background in Medical, Healthcare, or Aesthetic Medicine is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with niche-specific medical software such as Zenoti or similar tools.
