What you will do
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from early discovery through to close.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of strategic enterprise accounts within a defined region.
- Lead consultative conversations with senior stakeholders across CX, e-commerce, marketing, IT, and procurement.
- Develop ROI-driven business cases and commercial proposals to translate customer challenges into value stories.
- Navigate complex buying groups, legal frameworks, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success teams to move deals forward.
Requirements
- Strong experience selling B2B SaaS at the enterprise level.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals with large retailers or consumer brands.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
- Clear, confident communication skills with a strong senior executive presence.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Success selling specifically into US markets.
- Experience in ecommerce, CX, martech, or logistics tech.
- Experience working within a scale-up environment.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
